Cancellations and Policies

We are thrilled to have you and your family as our guests!

As our hotel guest, by booking your stay with us you are agreeing to abide by all of our terms, conditions, and procedures. They are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between The Rex and the guest.

Below are our general Terms & Conditions. Our policies may change, so please check back often:

Deposit, Cancellation and Changes Policy:

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining balance is charged on the day of check-in. Authorized amounts may take 7 days to be released by your bank and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. A credit card is the only accepted form of payment.

– Cancellations/changes made 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $25 fee per room.
– Cancellations/changes made less than 14 days are subject to the full cost of the stay.
– All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@lintonhospitality.com

Because of our size, cancellations and changes affect us significantly. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. We appreciate your understanding.

Check-In Policy:

The Rex has no on-site concierge, personnel or night staff. Prior to your arrival you will be provided with a 4 digit access code for your room.

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early Arrivals and Late Departures:

If the guest checks out past 11 AM without prior approval, the guest will be subject to a $200 fee. 

Special Requests:

We will make every effort to honor special requests such as a specific room location, extra towels, etc. prior to your arrival. All special requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Parking:

One parking spot is included per booking. Due to the nature of the parking space, we cannot accommodate more than one vehicle per booking. Please contact The Rex directly for alternate parking arrangements if you will have more than one vehicle.

Quiet Hours:

9:00 PM to 7:00 AM

The Rex strictly enforces a 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM quiet hour. Please be respectful to those around you while enjoying your visit with us. Amplified sound is not allowed. This includes loud music, DJ’s or amplified voices. Any complaint made by another guest or neighbor may result in immediate eviction and a fine between $500 to $2,000. 

Hotel Rights:

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, The Rex reserves the right to request that the guest vacate their room without refund.

Security Surveillance:

For guest safety and security, The Rex has 24/7 monitored audio and visual security surveillance in the courtyard and common areas.

Accessibility:

Due to the architecture of the land, The Rex is walk-up only. There is no elevator or handicap access.

No Party Policy:

The Rex enforces a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of all hotel guests and property.  Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. Should guest violate this policy, a violation will result in immediate eviction from the hotel without refund and a violation fee.

Photography:Commercial photography and filming are prohibited on property without prior approval from The Rex. Any unauthorized use of images of The Rex or its contents is strictly prohibited and will result in a fee of up to $1,000.

Housekeeping:

We provide a full housekeeping service prior to check-in and after check-out. We do not offer  mid-stay housekeeping services unless requested at time of booking.

100% Smoke-Free:

The Rex is a 100% smoke-free facility and does not permit smoking of any kind.. Any evidence of smoking in the guest’s room or complaints made from hotels guests will result in a fee of up to $1,000. This includes smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, diffusers, hookahs, incense, cigars and candle burning.

Pets:

The Rex is a pet-friendly environment in our common space and designated suites only. An additional fee will be added per night. If a pet is found in a non-pet friendly room, a fee of up to $1,000 will be charged if violated. All dogs must be leashed when out in the common spaces.

Furniture and Room Furnishings:

All furniture, furnishings and kitchenware must be returned to it’s original placement prior to checking out.  Items can not be removed or moved to another room. Violations will result in an additional fee.

Damage, Missing Items & Excessive Cleaning:

Upon booking we require a credit card on hold for any damages and excessive cleanings beyond normal use of our amenities incurred during the guest’s stay. The guest authorizes The Rex to charge the cost of repair of such damage or loss of such items caused by themselves, or any person for whom they are responsible. Such damage would include the cost of cleaning bedding and upholstery, and fumigation if the guest smokes in a room, and/or damage to furniture, rugs, walls and fixtures as well as replacing missing items such as bedding, towels, furnishings, kitchenware, etc.
